A brand new course for 2014, marketing your lettings is in response to changes from 1st November 2013.

Welfare reforms / Universal Credit

With the news of Welfare reforms hitting both tenants and landlords alike hard it is the RLA’s pleasure to announce that Housing Benefit expert Bill Irvine will have training courses available to help you steer clear of problems that may arise when continuing with or taking on benefit tenants. Do you really want complaint accomodation, wouldnt compliant be better ?

Re the lha rates, there are several boroughs within nottinghamshire, as with other counties, so there are different rates according to the borough although your table only shows one rate for Nottingham. Isnt this a little confusing ?
