Barnsley Council are inviting all local landlords to a free council led landlord event on the 29th March in the Metrodome Leisure Complex. Doors will open at 5:15 and the event will run 6pm – 8pm.

The event will include speakers from organisation including; the council, and the Barnsley Residential Landlords Association. This will be an opportunity to find out what is available to owners of rented property in the borough and about services on offer from the council and its partners.

The benefits of joining the scheme include free advice on tenancy issues and anti-social behaviour, saving on licence fees for Houses in Multiple Occupation, and free tenant referencing for former Berneslai Homes Tenants. Following the presentations, pie and peas will be served and council staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
