Bedford Borough Council are holding a Landlord Forum on Wednesday 3rd May to help local landlords understand the licensing requirements for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
The forum is at 6pm for a 6:30 start in the Howard Room, Bedford Corn Exchange. For directions visit the Corn Exchange website. There will be presentations and updates from staff closely involved with the schemes who will be available to answer any questions you may have. There will also be guest speakers on specialist topics including Universal Credit by the department of Work and Pensions and Landlords Responsibilities for Waste Management.
