The Residential Landlords Association (RLA), Britain’s leading landlord body, has announced that its subscribed membership has exceeded 20,000.
The RLA has roots in the private rented sector that precede its formation in 1998, making it the UK’s first national landlord association. The combined portfolio of its members stands at more than quarter of a million properties.
Representing members across England and Wales, membership services include information and advice to landlords, training, tenancy management software, and discounted services. The RLA also provides the necessary documents required at the start of a tenancy.
The RLA has decided to thank its membership by entering them into a prize draw to win one of twenty £50 high street vouchers. The prize draw will take place on the 30th September and all active members and associates as of midnight on the 29th will be entered into the draw.
Commenting, RLA Chairman, Alan Ward said:
“Since forming in 1998, the RLA has championed the interest of its members and has now become Britain’s leading voice for private sector landlords.
“I’m delighted that we can announce that our membership has grown to over 20,000. This is a testament to the work of every single one of our members who continue to improve our sector, making it the fastest growing form of housing tenure.”
