Join Councillor Sarah Hayward, Leader of Camden Council, on Tuesday 4 June 2013 between 3-6pm for our landlord’s forum. Come and let us know your views on our future plans for the private rented sector in Camden.

• Making improvements to the private rented sector in Camden – how can we help landlords improve the condition of properties for rent? What do you think are the pros and cons for additional licensing in Camden?
• Meeting the challenges together – do you have problems managing your property – can we help? Are welfare benefits reforms affecting you as a landlord?
• Green Deal – do you know about the Green Deal? Find out what changes will affect you in 2016 and 2018.

The day will end with the opportunity for you to network, over refreshments, with other landlords, local councilors and staff.

Please RSVP to this event by contacting 0207 974 1970 or email LLAS@camden.gov.uk
