Cancelled: Cardiff Election Hustings

Event Update: Due to the terrorist incident in Manchester City Centre on Monday 22nd May, we have taken the decision to cancel this event. Our thoughts are with those caught up in the attack and their loved ones. We pay tribute to the emergency services involved and the Manchester community that has pulled together in response to the attack.

On the 23rd of May 2017, just over two weeks before the ‘snap’ General Election called by Prime Minister Teresa May, the Homes for Wales coalition, supported by the RLA, will host an election hustings in Cardiff.

The event will take place in the same venue as our Assembly Member Hustings in 2016, the St Davids Hotel in Cardiff Bay.

We would like to invite you to come along and use this opportunity to speak to the party candidates about issues you feel are most helping you or holding you back in renting your property (ies) and how a future Government and successful Member of Parliament for Cardiff could make this happen.

Key topic for discussion for the evening will include Brexit, Universal Credit, Taxation, Right to Rent as well as a number of other housing related issues.

Space at the venue is limited, so we would encourage landlords to register below ASAP.

Speakers include*:

Labour

Conservative

Plaid Cymru

Liberal Democrat

*This will be updated once we have final confirmation from parties.

  • Have you taken on board how far and expensive it is for those living in North Wales to attend your meetings? Wales is made up of North and South, not South only
