Our featured course this month is our fee ban, deposits, and inventories course.

The Tenant Fees Act came into force on 1st June 2019 in England. The fee ban effectively bans most fees that landlords and letting agents can charge to tenants.

The fee ban also introduced a number of restrictions on the fees that can still be charged, including deposits and holding deposits.

Our interactive deposits and inventories course has been updated to include exactly what landlords are required to know about the fee ban.

The course is divided into four main parts; deposits and the law, inventories, handling disputes and the Tenant Fees Ban.

It is suitable for both new and existing landlords and letting agents.
