Chartered Tax Advisor Sean Hughes is the latest speaker to be announced for the RLA’s Future Renting Wales conference, on 29th November.

Sean’s tax advisory company, Comprehensive Tax Planning, specialises in advising property investors to mitigate the effects of recent tax changes that have impacted the sector – primarily section 24.

He will be talking about tax, how it impacts landlords and what you can do to minimise the impact of recent changes.

Future Renting Wales

Future Renting Wales is the RLA’s annual conference in Cardiff.

Also speaking at the conference will be TV personality and founder of Landlord Action Paul Shamplina, and John Blackwood, the Chief Executive of the Scottish Landlord’s Association.

The day will be hosted by BBC Wales favourite Lucy Owen, and a big name keynote speaker is set to be announced.

Held at the Jury’s Inn, tickets cost £40 for RLA members and £45 for non-RLA members. You can book your tickets here.

Last year, more than 200 landlords attended Future Renting Wales to hear about important issues such as Rent Smart Wales and the latest on the Renting Homes (Wales) Act. Watch a video below from RLA Director for Wales Douglas Haig below. You can also have a read of the highlights from last years conference here.
