This week is Gas Safety week, an annual week that is organised by the Gas Safety Register.

All week, we have been producing useful articles and information for landlords about how they can be Gas Safe.

So far, we have covered what landlords need to know about gas safety, some frequently asked questions from landlords when it comes to gas safety, and how to spot the signs of Carbon Monoxide.

Today, we are focusing on what resources available to landlords to learn more about gas safety.

Our half-day Utilities (Gas, electrical and water supply) safety course is aimed at teaching landlords of their rights and responsibilities around gas safety in detail, and providing some background behind the legislation and practical advice on dealing with these issues.

As well as covering your responsibilities as a landlord around gas safety, this course will also teach you how to deal with issues such as tenants refusing access to the property for inspection.

With dates in London, Leeds and Manchester this Autumn, this course really is a must for any landlord or letting agent, this course will teach you the risks that are associated with the supply of gas, as well as electricity and water.

Taught by an experienced trainer, there will also be the chance to ask questions you may have along the way, and share your experiences with other landlords and letting agents.

Don’t leave gas safety on the back burner-book your place on this course here.
