The Government has published its response to the Housing, Communities and Local Government select committee report on building regulations and fire safety.

In the Government’s response to the reports recommendations, which has been published online, the Government has re-confirmed that private rented sector building owners have until the end of December to formally submit their applications for funding for ACM cladding removal and replacement.

This is unless there are ‘exceptional circumstances’.
