“Harrow Council are looking for suitable family sized accommodation under the Help2Let Leasing Scheme which offers guaranteed rent, free tenant management and an undertaking to make good any tenant damage.”

The lease is an agreement directly between the owner or their representative and Harrow Council.

Lynn goes on to add

“Subject to contract, the rent is paid quarterly in advance and paid directly to the owner. The term is for a minimum of 15 to 18 months, but can be for a longer period.

The property is managed free of charge.”
