The popularity of short term rentals is increasing, and here at the RLA we are becoming more and more aware of tenants subletting their property on short term rental sites such as Airbnb.

The RLA wants to find out how many landlords have experienced this, and would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete our short survey.

The information collected will help inform our campaigning and the way in which we approach the Government on the future of private renting.
