How is your basic electrical awareness? Are you aware of EICRs? Do you know about PATs? Ensuring your property is safe, legal and secure is a top priority for any landlord, and RLA training works to ensure that you have every resource to achieve this goal. NAPIT is a nationally recognised organisation which, in conjunction with RLA training, looks to improve electrical safety in the Private Rented Sector (PRS).

The one day course will cover three crucial modules of electrical safety:

  • Basic electrical awareness
  • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
  • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

If the electrics in your property are unsafe, it could lead to an electrical fire, electric shock, or electrocution. This course will provide expert advice to help you avoid these risks and their associated cost. NAPIT training is a leading training provider for professional electricians.
