The RLA’s Landlord Advice Team is now offering a live chat service.

The new service is available to all full members on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Expert members of the team will be offering live chats over the web, advising on everything from tenancies to deposits and evictions.

The LAT will still be available over the phone, and members can ask for help online through the landlord advice page.

The RLA introduced the new service to offer members another option when it comes to connecting with the team.

James Wood, acting LAT manager said: “We hope that this service will be really helpful to people who are working during the day, who might not be able to phone us, but really need to speak to someone straight away.”

For live chat with the LAT team click here or press the chat button when you see it available on our site. If you need to speak to us directly, don’t hesitate to call our advice line on 03330 142 998 and choose option one.
