Landlord & Letting show: Bolton 13&14 May

On Wednesday 13th & Thursday 14th May the Landlord & Letting show returns to Bolton, at the ‘Macron Stadium’. As ever the RLA will be out in full force, and of course, tickets are free!

As with the London Barbican show in February earlier this year, the format has changed slightly from last year. Tickets remain free! Click here to register.

Seminar/workshops will continue, but you will have to book on the day for your selected talk! Additionally, there are a series of panel discussions, two of which the RLA will be leading.

Panel discussions:

  • On Wednesday 13th May, the RLA will lead the panel discussion on “Letting Agents & Professional Standards” at 4.00pm for 45 minutes.
  • On Thursday 14th at the slightly earlier time of 10.15am the RLA will again lead the panel discussion, this time debating “What will the new Parliament mean for the private rented sector?

RLA workshops:

  • On Wednesday 13th at 11.15am, RLA trainer and Letting Show favourite Dave Absalom holds a workshop on Wednesday morning – “Avoiding problem tenancies”. Please note: you will have to register on the day for this workshop!
  • On Thursday 14th at 3.30pm, Doug Hall from RLA Mortgages holds the “Sourcing your buy-to-let mortgage” workshop for those who register on the day.

Finally, the RLA will have a team manning stand 65 to cater to all membership and general landlord questions. We hope to see you there!
