On Wednesday 30th the Richo Arena in Coventry will once again host the Landlord and Lettings Show and the RLA will be out in full force. There is a full schedule of discussions with leading thinkers in the housing industry, and a wide range of seminars from RLA representatives.
We will return to stand 65 and look forward to seeing members and landlords, there may be show specials on offer so come by and say hello!

Richard Abotts from RLA Inventory Plus discusses the apps potential to help landlords stay right to rent and safety compliant in the RLA Knowledge and Training Hub
12.45pm: The BTL mortgage market and how to source the most suitable product for you
In the RLA Knowledge and Training Hub, Doug Hall, director of RLA mortgages, will give an up-to-date picture on the current UK buy-to-let mortgage market, as well as providing advice on how to source the most suitable product for you, taking into account all criteria applied by different lenders.
1.30pm: Getting to grips with Landlord Licensing Schemes
The RLA’s Policy and Communication Manager, John Stewart will explain landlord licensing and discuss selective licensing in Coventry.
2.30pm: Creating Student/HMO compliant inventories
In the RLA Knowledge and Training Hub, Richard Abotts from RLA Inventory Plus will show you how to create compliant student and HMO inventories with ease.
