Showcasing those in the industry that continuously deliver property, service and standards at the highest possible level, the North East Student Housing Awards will celebrate those who go above and beyond the minimum set by legislation in the region.

With nominations now open, this black-tie event aims to unite all those working within the student housing and property management market, from letting agents and landlords to Universities with brand new student halls, in a night of celebration and fun.

The North East Student Housing Awards will be taking place on Thursday 4th June at Newcastle’s Civic Centre.

Paul Allison, Director of Contagious Marketing and founder of the North East Student Housing Awards said: “With three of the North East’s Universities ranked amongst the top ten in the UK for offering the best quality of life for students, this is the perfect opportunity for the North East Student Housing market to show their outstanding commitment in delivering exemplary student housing services. We want to shine a light on the very best in Student Housing in the region and incentivise agents to continue to provide more and more. We’re thrilled to be finally realising the dream of having a regional student housing awards ceremony.”

Looking to get involved? Nominations will close on Tuesday 14th April 2015 and categories are open to organisations operating within Durham, Teesside, Newcastle and Sunderland. Make sure you don’t miss out and get your nominations in early by visiting www.nesha.co.uk.
