Newham Additional Licensing – Your views wanted

With news that the London Borough of Newham is to introduce an additional licensing area for the whole borough, the RLA is requesting feedback about the proposals from local members.

The designation applies to all privately-rented HMOs and will come into force on the 1st January 2013.

  • This is just another tax for the councils. And to rub it in they want us to pay for 5 years in advanced.All Landlords should put the rents up and call it The LLT tax
