Being a member of the RLA secures your representation in Government and ensures that your voice is heard by policy-makers.

Together we can make a difference and get significant changes made to laws and regulations that affect you.

In the past years, we have been able to obtain significant changes to the roll out of Universal Credit, such as the carry over for direct payments when switching from Housing Benefit or the removal of the need for explicit consent for a direct payment application.

These successes have only been possible through you, our members, sharing your experiences and making your voice heard in our quarterly surveys. However, there is more work to do, and we need your help to get further changes.

Please, can you complete our next quarterly survey here.

We can only effectively represent your interests and campaign for change with your help. Please don’t leave it to others, they maybe leaving it to you.

Thank you in advance for your participation, and for your membership, only together can we make renting better.
