Energy and Safety Quarterly Survey

As part of our strategy to make renting better, we are conducting extensive research into the issues affecting the private rented sector. Over the past 12 months there have been considerable energy and safety changes to the sector that will affect tenants and landlords, and there are future changes planned.

Following the success of the first quarterly survey on finance and tax issues affecting the private rented sector, we are now inviting landlords across the UK to participate in our second quarterly survey on the Safety and Energy issues.

We appreciate landlords and our members taking the five to ten minutes to help us with this survey and it will help greatly to provide an up-to-date understanding of the key issues affecting private landlords.
