The How to Rent guide is a Government document produced for tenants, which has been updated today due to the new Right to Rent legislation.

Landlords must give all tenants the most up-to-date copy of this guide when they move in or risk losing their Section 21 rights to reclaim possession.

A new copy was issued today to take account of Right to Rent and can be viewed here.
