On Thursday 3rd April the RLA will be in Bristol at the annual Landlord Expo 2014, with free seminars and over 80 other exhibitors to entice private rented sector (PRS) landlords. Free entry is also offered to get you through the door.

The event is taking place at the ‘West of England, Exhibition and Conference centre’, post code BS 34 8QZ, from 12:00 – 19:00.

North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bristol City, and Bath & North East Somerset councils are involved with the event, providing crucial local and regional government/council support for landlords.

The Residential Landlords’ Association (RLA) is set to deliver a seminar titled: “Burning issues for landlords in the private rented sector”. There are several seminars in the three seminar rooms on offer ensuring those attending get a good scope of topics and talks.
