The RLA has produced a guide to Labour’s policy review paper, ‘Private rented housing: Providing stability and affordability for renters and families’.

The guide highlights the main points from Labour’s latest policy review paper on the private rented sector. The overarching aim of the paper is to outline Labour’s desire to achieve longer-term tenancies for renters, particularly those with families.

The guide is not a critique of Labour’s policy paper. Instead, it sets out what the Labour Party review is saying about the private rented sector.

It does not follow that the RLA agrees with the views expressed in the paper.
