Following the success of our Ministers Housing Hustings last week the RLA is now hosting a second event in Swansea.

Landlords will be able to quiz candidates standing in the city – one of the most hotly contested areas of Wales – on issues surrounding the Private Rented Sector.

The panel for the Swansea Hustings event on April 12th includes two regional members for the area and two constituency candidates. The line-up includes:

  • Julie James AM – Labour Swansea West
  • Bethan Jenkins AM – Plaid Cymru, South Wales West Region
  • Peter Black AM – Liberal Democrat, South Wales West Region
  • Craig Lawton – Conservative candidate for Swansea West
  • UKIP – TBC

The RLA hustings events are being held in conjunction with the Homes for Wales campaign, a cross sector group aiming to put housing at the top of the political agenda ahead of the elections, with a total of 130 landlords attending last week’s event in Cardiff.

The Swansea hustings will be held at the Marriott Hotel at 6pm.

Space at the venue is limited, so book your free place early to avoid disappointment.
