The RLA has received written email confirmation that the consultation document response to Birmingham City Council proposals to implement ‘Article 4 Direction’.

The RLA standard document against Article 4 proposals, The case against Article 4 Directions for small houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs), was attached with a letter outlining the concerns that the Association has about such measures.

The RLA is grateful for Birmingham’s acknowledgement of receipt of our response and look forward to working with the Council on alternatives to the scheme.
