The North West Property Owners Association (NWPOA) will be holding its next meeting on October 26, with the RLA’s chief executive, senior researcher and Universal Credit expert all speaking.
CEO Andrew Goodacre will give an update on the work of the RLA, with Tom Simcock explaining the importance of research when it comes to influencing government policy and the PRS going forward.
Bill Irvine, Universal Credit expert and RLA trainer will talk about UC issues affecting PRS landlords and Tony McVey will also speak, to discuss letting rules and requirements, followed by a Q&A session.
Some north west RLA members may be unaware that they have automatic membership of the NWPOA and as a result can attend the meetings and other events after the affiliation of the two organisations two years ago.
The body is keen for members to get in touch to suggest presentations or discussion topics or issues they are facing that can be discussed at subsequent meetings.
The meeting will be held on Thursday October 26th, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at The Casa, 29 Hope Street, Liverpool L1 9BQ. To find out more about the NWPOA click here.
