The Residential Landlords Association will be co-sponsoring the Croydon Landlord Investment Show, Thursday 12th June 2014, 10am-5.15pm Fairfield Halls, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey CR9 1DG.

This “Property Road Show” is returning to Croydon for a 2nd year. With the regeneration of Croydon in progress (Croydon had a £1billion investment program to redevelop and reposition the town as South London’s premier shopping and business destination), the show will illustrate the massive investment opportunities that are available in the Croydon and surrounding areas.

Adrian Woolger, Business Development Manager for the Residential Landlords Association comments, “The RLA are proud to be co-sponsoring the Croydon Landlord Investment Show. With the launch of the London Rental Standard and the London Badge, landlords need to increase their knowledge and enhance their professional development by attending such events.

This provides the ideal facility to achieve those objectives and we welcome the opportunity to promote the benefits of membership, provide support and meet new and existing members of the association”.

Exhibition Director, Tracey Hanbury said, “We are delighted to have the Residential Landlords Association co-sponsoring our Landlord Investment Show in Croydon.  We are also exited to launch a new addition to the show, the ‘Investment Zone’ – landlords will have access to bespoke accommodation to meet the growing demands for the student and residential market. Already we’ve seen 100’s of Landlords and Investors pre-register, therefore it’s going to be busy “.

Investment ZONE

The new addition to the Landlord Investment Show  will give landlords access to an almost limitless supply of properties ranging from student studio hubs, costing £30K to whole block price of £7 Million and town houses, costing between £50K and £200K, both off-plan and existing in areas such as Chester, Glasgow, Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Nottingham and Sunderland.  Come and meet experts in their field to discuss student accommodation and regeneration projects in prime locations at key university sites nationwide.
