Last week, the Residential Landlords Association exhibited at the Landlord & Letting Show hosted at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton.
The show gave visitors the opportunity to explore a range of services and to network with suppliers and fellow landlords and agents alike.
The RLA’s stand exhibited a comprehensive range of discounted products and services and representatives from RLA Insurance, RLA Mortgages and DepositGuard were on hand to advice visitors on how to save money and take advantage of the best services available to them.
A range of free seminars were also organised throughout both days, with speakers talking on key topics and giving a wealth of advice to landlords and letting agents.
Adrian Woolger, exhibition manager for the Residential Landlords Association said: “The RLA were pleased to be represented at the event and for the opportunity to engage with both existing and potential members of the association.
We are delighted to be able to promote the benefit of membership at events like this and for the opportunity to hear from our members so that we can continue to provide services relevant to their needs.”
With visitors queuing out the door to watch the RLA’s Dave Absalom’s seminar on ‘How to deal with problem tenants’, the Letting & Letting show proved to be a success for the RLA in continuing to provide landlords with the very best support and professional advice.
Policy and Communications manager for the RLA, Richard Ashton, also proved popular with visitors by presenting the RLA’s guide on this year’s hot topic, Universal Credit.
The Residential Landlords Association sends their congratulations to André Simms for winning the RLA’s show prize draw of a year’s free membership.
