The RLA will be attending the National Landlord Investment show, which returns to London on 21st March.

RLA Academy trainer Alex Nolan will speaking at this event, and will deliver an essential update for landlords on upcoming legislation changes that landlords need to know about.

Specifically, Alex will be talking about health and safety standards for rental properties. There are multiple pieces of legislation which place repairing obligations on landlords, several of which are now intrinsically linked to the ability to serve a Section 21 notice. Alex will be updating landlords with the latest information regarding homes fit for human habitation and other pieces of legislation related to property standards.

The RLA will also be exhibiting at the show.

The National Landlord Investment show began in 2013, and is suitable for landlords, investors and property professionals.

There’s still time for landlords to book tickets. To do this and view the full schedule, visit the National Landlord Investment Show website here or the event brite page here.
