RLA Wales has had a makeover recently, but is back better than ever with a new website that is now live! The role of private renting in Wales and the new direction that Welsh legislation has taken has required RLA Wales to deepen its commitment to local landlords and the new website is the first step in this process.

The site, http://www.rla.wales/, offers: help & advice; a dedicated helpline; documents & guides; training courses; member discounts; and latest industry news for landlords in Wales to be able to rent out their properties legally.

Licensing and registration may not be the end of legal requirements for landlords. However, we can get you up to speed if there are any questions you may have.

Visit the website now and make sure you are compliant!
