Energy and Safety Quarterly Survey

Written by Dr Tom Simcock

We have recently launched our quarterly survey into the Safety and Energy issues affecting the private rented sector. We are now urging landlords across the UK to make their voice heard in this comprehensive survey of these issues. We have received fantastic support from landlords already, and the more landlords who complete the survey, the more compelling the findings are. So please make sure you complete the survey before it closes on Sunday 27th November 2016.

This survey follows on from the success of our first quarterly survey on the finance and tax issues that are affecting the private rented sector. The findings of our previous quarterly survey identified landlords concern’s over changes to Mortgage Interest Relief due to start in 2017, with 2-in-3 landlords expecting to increase rents to offset the increased costs.

We really appreciate landlords taking the five to ten minutes to help ourselves and the wider sector with this survey. By completing this survey, you will be helping to provide an up-to-date understanding of the key issues affecting private landlords nationwide.

Over 2800 landlords made their voice heard in our previous survey, please make sure your voice is heard in the next survey:
