TDS/DepositGuard are award-winning

Since the beginning of the year, over 3,000 landlords have chosen to use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for Landlord Schemes to protect their deposits, available via the RLA’s DepositGuard.

So why are people choosing DepositGuard and TDS?

Well, in just over a month TDS has gained two prestigious awards!

Firstly, they were awarded the UK government’s award for Customer Excellence; this recognised the scheme for its ability to sustain customer focus and working relationships with its partners and stakeholders. PROPERTYdrum B2B Awards also recognised TDS as ‘the best suppliers in the industry’. Decided by a mix of property professionals and a panel of industry experts, they highlighted the substantially reduced rates and the introduction of the new and acknowledged DepositGuard and TDS for Landlord Schemes.

DepositGuard, RLA’s exclusive access to all these services continues to attract interest, providing members with access to all the above benefits, plus unbeatable rates on deposit protection. Members can benefit from protection from as little as £15 per deposit whilst being able to keep hold of the money in their own accounts.

In addition to this, DepositGuard users receive access to the acclaimed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Recent changes to the service including updates to online dispute forms make dispute applications quicker and easier than ever – highlighted by ‘exceeding government targets for its speed and efficiency’. The new online Evidence Portal also gives members the ability to send and view evidence sent over to TDS!
