Landlord Expo, the biggest free event for landlords in the South West and the largest local authority-organised event in the UK, takes place in Bristol on Thursday 18th April 2013 from noon till 7.00 pm.

The event is sponsored by Andrews and features over 80 exhibitors ranging from local authority stands to letting agents, financial experts, trades people and suppliers.

The event, which is being held at the University of the West of England Exhibition and Conference Centre, is aimed at anyone who is a landlord or letting agent, or who is considering entering the private rental market.

With information stands, seminars and demonstrations, the annual event informs private landlords, letting agents and other investors of the wide range of commercial and council services available to them. It is also an excellent chance for those involved in the private rented sector to meet and network.

Every landlord or agent attending will receive a free delegate pack and complimentary refreshments will be available throughout the day.

The event is organised by South Gloucestershire, Bristol, North Somerset, and Bath & North East Somerset Councils.

The new Bristol Mayor, George Ferguson will be attending and giving an address to landlords.

Free entry, free parking, and free refreshments.
