Landlords in Wales invited to local landlord forums

If you are a landlord with a property in Wales, over the next few weeks several councils in Wales will be hosting landlord forums.

Landlord forums are a fantastic way to hear about important industry updates, and to meet other landlords in your area.

In this article, we have put together a list of upcoming landlord forums in Wales.

Conwy Landlord Forum – Thursday 9th May  

Our Director for Wales Douglas Haig and public affairs officer Mathew Norman will be attending this landlord forum. The Department of Work and Pensions will also be presenting at the forum, giving landlords an update on recent developments to Universal Credit, and alternative payments. There will also be a talk from the Fire and Rescue Service on fire safety in rented homes.

Cardiff Landlord Forum- Thursday 16th May

At this upcoming landlord Forum, our Director for Wales Douglas Haig will be delivering a presentation, and Cardiff Council be speaking about waste management as the end of term approaches for many students. It will be held at the Council Chambers, County Hall, Cardiff and doors will open at 6pm. More details and the full agenda can be read here.

Denbighshire’s Landlord Forum- Wednesday 5th of June Our public affairs officer Mathew will be attending this landlord forum. The forum will start at 11:30 until 4pm at it will be held at Eirianfa Community Centre, Factory Place, Denbigh.
